The Neuro Mentor provides educational and professional development resources for physical therapy students, new graduates, rehabilitation professionals, and related healthcare providers. All content (including website materials, membership community posts, coaching sessions, downloads, courses, emails, and social media) is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, physical therapy, healthcare, legal, employment, or supervisory advice. You are solely responsible for applying your own professional judgment.

3. No Professional Relationship
Use of this website and participation in mentorship or educational programs does not create a therapist–patient, mentor–supervisee, employer–employee, residency, or other fiduciary relationship. These offerings do not replace clinical supervision, residency training, or employer-required education.

4. No Guarantees
We aim to provide high-quality education and mentorship but do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including residency acceptance, employment, salary changes, exam results, clinical performance, business success, or professional advancement. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Membership and Community
By joining our free or paid community, you agree to: (a) treat others respectfully; (b) avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive conduct; (c) not share confidential patient information or PHI; (d) comply with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws; and (e) not advertise unrelated products or services without permission. We may remove members or content that violate these standards without notice.

6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant The Neuro Mentor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use it within the community and for educational or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for the content you share.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Coaching and Mentorship
Coaching and mentorship are educational and designed for guidance and professional development. They do not supervise patient care, provide legal advice, replace employer training, or substitute for residency mentorship. All clinical decisions remain your responsibility.

10. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at purchase. Failure to pay may suspend or cancel access. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated. Any specific refund terms for coaching, memberships, or programs will appear on the relevant sales page.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or practices. Access is at your own risk.
